Explore our impactful projects on our website and discover the opportunities awaiting you.Why Join Us?As a Site Superintendent, you'll oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the successful execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works to the highest standards of quality and safety.Your RoleSupervise and manage all on-site MEP works to ensure compliance with project specifications, consultant instructions, and local authority regulations.Coordinate material submittals, drawings, and documentation while maintaining updated registers for audits and project tracking.Enforce HSE and QA/QC requirements through method statements, risk assessments, inspections, and continuous site monitoring.Monitor long-lead items, verify material deliveries, and escalate any issues affecting project timelines.Manage drawing control, issue revisions, and maintain accurate records of site changes and as-built updates.Track labour productivity, site delays, constraints, and submit weekly progress reports to senior management.Support testing, commissioning activities, and preparation of close-out documents in line with project requirements.This role is full-time and follows a Monday to Saturday work week, typical for project-based positions in our industry.What We're Looking ForMinimum 7 years of experience in MEP site supervision within the construction or electromechanical industryStrong knowledge of MEP systems, installation methods, and industry standardsProven leadership ability and experience managing site teamsExcellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and specificationsWhat We OfferA chance to create impact on some of the most iconic projects in the region.A collaborative, supportive environment that values innovation and excellence.An opportunity for professional growth and career progression.Ready to Engineer the Future?If you're inspired by what you've read and believe you're the right fit, we'd love to hear from you.Join ALEMCO and play a key role in delivering high-performance MEP solutions for transformative projects.Apply today and be part of something extraordinary.
