Our organization is seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with expertise in Automation to join our team.We are a leading provider of automation and control systems integration services. Our company delivers end-to-end design, integration, and execution of automation projects using advanced platforms.The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales development from opportunity identification to order closure across BMS, Industrial Automation, and ELV domains.Identify and develop new business opportunities by analyzing market trends and customer needs.Engage with clients to understand project requirements and propose suitable solutions that meet their objectives.Conduct site surveys, requirement analysis, and technical evaluations to ensure accurate solution offerings.Prepare high-quality solution proposals that align with client expectations.Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals.Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up.To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:A degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.5-7 years of proven sales experience in BMS, Industrial Automation, and ELV Solutions.Strong knowledge of Schneider EcoStruxure (EBO/PME), Siemens Desigo/SIMATIC, and Allen-Bradley systems.Candidates from Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad are preferred due to their location proximity. The successful candidate must be willing to travel extensively across India to engage with clients and represent the company's interests.
