We partner with global enterprises and startups to build scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that drive digital transformation.Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and hands-on Tech Manager / Sr. Tech Manager to lead our development initiatives in NodeJS, ReactJS, Database, and Mobile App Development. The ideal candidate will manage a team of developers, oversee full-stack architecture, and ensure high-quality project delivery while driving innovation and scalability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and manage a cross-functional technical team across web and mobile platforms.Architect, design, and develop scalable applications using NodeJS, ReactJS, and modern frameworks.Oversee database architecture, optimization, and integration (SQL / NoSQL).Manage and guide mobile app development projects (React Native / Flutter / Native).Collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery cycles.Review and optimize code quality, performance, and security.Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency.Manage project timelines, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication.Required Skills & Experience8–14 years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.Strong proficiency in NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and related technologies.Solid experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP).Proven knowledge of database design (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).Experience with mobile app development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Preferred QualificationsExperience in Agile / Scrum methodologies.Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.Exposure to managing distributed or hybrid teams.Why Join InfojiniWork on cutting-edge technologies with a global client base.Opportunity to lead impactful digital transformation initiatives.Collaborative, growth-focused, and innovation-driven environment.Competitive compensation and career advancement opportunities.Interested candidates share their update resume to durgadevi.karpan@infojiniconsulting.com
