Network AdministratorThe successful candidate will work as a Network Administrator, responsible for managing and maintaining our network infrastructure.We are seeking an expert level administrator with experience in Forescout NAC.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network administration and be able to monitor client infrastructure and solutions.Prior to or when problems occur, the successful candidate will identify and rectify errors.Routine monitoring of common incidents and opportunities for avoidance is essential.The successful candidate will investigate first line incidents assigned and identify root causes.Telephonic or chat support may be required for clients.Scheduling maintenance activity windows for patching and configuration changes is crucial.Handover procedures for shift changes must be followed to ensure service continuity.Incidents where necessary will be reported and escalated.Efficient and comprehensive resolutions of incidents and requests are expected.Existing knowledge articles will be updated or new ones created.Opportunities for work optimization, automation of work, request fulfilment, incident resolution, and general process improvement will be identified.The successful candidate may contribute to project work as required.Disaster Recovery functions and tests may also be worked on.
