The Regional Head of Business Development for Alliance and partnership business drives the organization's business development strategies in generating revenue for home interior business for premium home owners through market capture in the region.
He/She also coordinates with regional partners to identify regional market opportunities, and builds working relationships amongst Alliance / Partnership networks that deals with Premium builders and coordinates with the team across .
- Pivotal in generating lead and revenue for home interior business through offline collaborations
- Play a key role in onboarding and engagement of channel partners, large enterprises
- Active involvement in strategising for building own team including Hiring, Training and Coaching the team
- Set goals and develop plans for business and revenue growth through offline leads
- Active involvement in optimising cost of customer acquisition
- Partnership management, negotiation and commercial modelling
- Showcase exceptional business judgment with a track record of strong ownership values and relationship management skills
- Establish business development strategies to ensure alignment with overall organisational strategy.
- Lead identification of opportunities and geographical expansion to optimize business Partnership.
- Lead new business ventures and plan approaches and market entries
- Periodical market visit to understand the pulse of the market and collaborate with the team in competition mapping
- Collaborate with internal stakeholder like pre-sales, tele-calling functions , events and Branding and analyse output.
- Responsible target achievement and revenue
Skills and Qualification:
- Graduate or Post Graduate
- 4+ years of relevant experience in handling targets, revenue & channel management
- Strong ability to work independently and with a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Target oriented
- Exceptional problem-solving skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to work well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Expert in external and internal stakeholder management
