Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Project Manager.About the RoleThis position involves coordinating and delivering multiple small-to-medium projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have experience managing various data collection methods, regional regulations, and stakeholder collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple building-level projects ensuring smooth onboarding and timely delivery of utility data connections.Collect and organize all project-related information including utility invoices, meter photos, consent forms, building contact details, and tenant information.Coordinate consumption data collection across electricity, gas, heat, PV, and water utilities.Serve as the central communication point between internal teams, clients, hardware partners, installers, and stakeholders.Schedule project kick-off meetings, bi-weekly or monthly progress updates, and provide clear reporting on project milestones.Investigate utility data availability in new regions, identify potential data partners or hardware providers, and propose scalable solutions.Maintain an overview of ongoing projects, prioritize tasks effectively, and ensure progress against agreed timelines.Document steps taken and deliverables in Salesforce, Hello Energy portal, and SharePoint.Identify recurring issues, propose process improvements, and streamline workflows and collaboration practices.Core CompetenciesStrong ownership and accountability.Proactive problem-solving.Organized and self-structured.Critical thinking and analytical mindset.Eager to learn and adaptable.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
