Administrative Business Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Process Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that requires strong professional English communication skills.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in process administration and be proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM packages.Key Responsibilities:To run the day-to-day business process operations and monitor the overall performance and delivery of the processes within set teams.To deliver against all KPIs and SLAs, uplifting team skills and capabilities, and driving a culture of continuous improvement and personal development.To provide excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.To work independently and as part of a team, encouraging open discussion of issues, evaluating, developing, and improving others to be the best they can be.Requirements:A 'can do' attitude and solution-focused approach.At least 4 years of prior experience in Real Estate, Insurance, Food Industry, and Order Management.Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM packages.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service standards.About Us:We are a London-based company since 2013, serving clients across the United Kingdom.
