About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – U.S. Accounting to lead and manage end-to-end accounting operations for U.S.-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, QuickBooks, and tax compliance, along with proven leadership and review experience.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily accounting, bookkeeping, and month-end close for U.S. clients.Review work of accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance.Handle financial reporting, reconciliations, and year-end adjustments.Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and client-specific policies.Guide and mentor team members; ensure timely deliverables and quality control.Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for issue resolution.Support process improvements, training, and automation initiatives.Requirements:Education: CA / CPA.Experience: Minimum 8 years in U.S. accounting and tax; 3+ years in a managerial/review role.Strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and U.S. accounting software.Excellent understanding of U.S. GAAP, bookkeeping, and taxation principles.Strong leadership, communication, and review skills.Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines efficiently.Preferred Skills:Experience managing teams for U.S. clients in BPO/KPO setup.Exposure to accounting software like NetSuite, Xero, or Sage.Experience in process standardization and client communication.
