Location: Edapally, Kochi (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 6.5 LPA
Notice Period: Immediate
Experience: 2–5 years in a customer-facing role (Freshers with excellent English communication skills may also apply)
Qualification: MBA/PGDM (with UG in B.Com / B.Sc) – Minimum 60% throughout academics
About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Associate to manage and streamline multiple ongoing initiatives, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, stakeholders, and clients. This role requires strong communication, adaptability, and organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and oversee end-to-end execution of tasks/projects.
- Handle internal and external stakeholder requests, ensuring timely closure.
- Drive clear and effective communication across teams, partners, and clients.
- Support budgeting, tracking, reporting, and operational execution.
- Maintain dashboards and reports for performance tracking.
- Participate in meetings, reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
- Ensure seamless coordination and process flow across initiatives.
