Job DescriptionAt HQMena, we are seeking a talented Conference Producer to join our team of professionals. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience in content creation, agenda development, speaker engagement, or conference production.The Conference Producer will play a crucial role in developing impactful event content, securing expert speakers, and ensuring the overall success of our global expos.Conduct thorough industry research to identify key trends, topics, and speakers relevant to our events.Develop and curate conference agendas that are timely, topical, and engaging.Source and secure high-level speakers, panelists, and moderators from the financial and fintech industries.Collaborate with internal departments to align conference content with overall event branding, marketing, and sales goals.Manage speaker communications and logistics, ensuring a professional and seamless experience pre-event, onsite, and post-event.Maintain and update speaker and agenda details across all event platforms and materials.Support the on-site execution of conferences, ensuring sessions run smoothly and on schedule.Gather feedback from speakers and attendees to continuously enhance agenda quality and relevance.Required Skills & QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:1–3 years of experience in conference production, content creation, business journalism, or related fields.A strong interest in the financial, fintech, or trading industries.Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and interpret industry trends.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; able to engage effectively with senior executives and thought leaders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management or CRM tools is a plus.Bachelor's degree required; Communications, Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred.BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary, growth opportunities, health & wellness benefits, 30 days of annual leave, company-sponsored travel for events, and a vibrant and collaborative work environment.Why Join Us?Join us if you're passionate about creating world-class content experiences and eager to help shape the future of the financial expo industry.
