The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT hardware support and troubleshooting. This position will require frequent field visits to client sites, focusing on resolving various hardware-related issues effectively and efficiently.Bike with Licence Mandatory(Chennai)Freshers also can applyIt's for IT hardware support replacement of the laptops.  In a day you will be assigned with 5-6 tickets and you have to collect the device from the warehouse in Chennai, pick up the device and visit each site to fix the faulty part and complete the task. So this is how the work will go. Qualifications and SkillsHardware troubleshooting skills are mandatory, involving the identification and resolution of technical hardware issuesProven expertise as an IT Hardware Field Engineer (Mandatory skill) with experience in customer-oriented rolesMust be adept in Lenovo Laptop Hardware Replacement which includes swapping out damaged or malfunctioning partsExperience in RAM Replacement, ensuring memory components function properly within compatible laptop modelsProficiency in replacing Laptop Motherboards and validating post-repair functionality of the deviceUnderstanding of server and network hardware to facilitate integrated IT solutionsAbility to work independently, managing time effectively to handle multiple client requestsStrong communication skills to interact with diverse clients and explain technical information in an understandable mannerRoles and ResponsibilitiesVisit client sites to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfactionPerform regular maintenance tasks on desktops and laptops to ensure optimum performanceImplement hardware upgrades, specifically focusing on Lenovo Laptop componentsCoordinate with the support team to ensure effective resolution of technical issues within the scope of service agreementsDocument and communicate technical solutions for recurring issues and potential system improvementsManage inventory of spare parts and tools effectively to minimize downtime in repair activitiesStay updated with current technological advancements in hardware solutions to offer informed recommendationsAdhere to company policies and procedures to maintain the integrity and security of all customer and business data
