Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of PR campaigns and strategies .
  • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, newsletters, and media content .
  • Coordinate with media outlets, journalists, and influencers for coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare PR activity reports.
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain and update the media contact database .
  • Ensure brand consistency across all communications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, HR, leadership) for PR alignment.

Required Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills .
  • Good understanding of public relations, media, and communications .
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with media professionals .
  • Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms .
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and creativity in messaging.

Good to Have

  • Prior experience in corporate communications, PR agency, or media relations .
  • Familiarity with digital PR tools (e.g., Meltwater, Cision, Hootsuite).
  • Basic knowledge of content creation and graphic design tools .

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field
