Your expertise in the NEET ecosystem and passion for academic operations will drive growth and excellence.Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an accomplished individual to spearhead the development of our NEET vertical end-to-end.You will be responsible for planning academic calendars, learning journeys, and course structures to ensure seamless execution.Pricing, packaging, and scaling strategies for batches require meticulous planning and coordination.Hire, coordinate, and manage NEET faculty (Physics, Chemistry, Biology) with utmost care.Maintain academic quality through SMEs for question banks, notes, tests, and study modules by fostering collaboration.Oversee creation of lectures, DPPs, mock tests, PYQ modules, and crash courses that meet student needs.Coordinate with design, video, and tech teams to deliver a seamless learning experience that exceeds expectations.Innovate formats to improve efficiency – micro-revisions, short theory capsules, hybrid content, etc., and encourage adoption.Ensure smooth coordination between teachers, ops, tech, and student support teams to avoid bottlenecks.Requirements:Detailed understanding of the NEET exam pattern, syllabus, and student needs is essential.Ability to manage teachers, plan academics, and oversee content creation with precision.Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ease and maintain organization throughout.Excellent communication & leadership qualities to motivate team members.
