Quality Assurance SpecialistJob OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our processes and services.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular process reviews to identify areas for improvementDevelop and implement training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practicesProvide coaching and support to employees to strengthen understanding and execution of quality standardsIdentify training needs based on process review findings and collaborate with management to address skill gapsAnalyze findings from process reviews and develop reports to highlight trends/ opportunities for improvementRecommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achievedMake recommendations to help reduce process variation and eliminate errorsTrack Business Unit responses for all findings identified from the process reviewsRequirements:To be successful in this role, you will need:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for conducting voice and non-voice auditsProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisBenefits:This role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.Other Information:If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about quality and continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
