Senior Data Science LeaderAt AdZeta, we harness the power of data to drive business success. Our team transforms raw data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.Data Ingestion and Processing: We collect and model data from various sources, including Shopify, GA4, ESP, CRM, and ad platforms. This involves defining event taxonomy, identity graph, and data contracts to ensure seamless integration.Feature Engineering: We design and build offline/online features for pLTV, propensity, and clustering, ensuring parity with a feature store and model registry.Machine Learning Pipeline and Training: We establish reproducible training pipelines in Python/SQL/dbt, incorporating experiment tracking, hyperparameter search, and evaluation.MLOps and Deployment: We package models (Docker) and deploy them to managed services (Vertex/SageMaker/Cloud Run), integrating CI/CD (GitHub Actions) and blue-green/rollback patterns.Orchestration: We schedule jobs with Airflow/Prefect, managing dependencies, SLAs, retries, backfills, and incremental loads.Observability: We implement DQ checks (Great Expectations/dbt tests), model performance & drift monitoring, alerting, and cost guardrails.Activation and APIs: We develop fast, robust services (FastAPI/Cloud Functions) to push signals into Meta CAPI, Google Ads (EC/OCI), TikTok Events API, or via reverse ETL (Hightouch/Census).Experimentation and Measurement: We partner with product/GTM on uplift tests, holdouts, and calibration to prove incremental value.Documentation and Enablement: We produce crisp runbooks, ERDs, and playbooks; teach others to self-serve.To succeed in this role, you'll need 7-10+ years of experience shipping DS/ML systems to production, fluency in Python, SQL, and one major cloud, knowledge of MLOps and orchestration, ability to design measurement plans, and communicate trade-offs with clarity.
