2+ years of direct Workday experience in HR operationsBangalore Can join in 15 daysExp in EMEA Payroll processRequired Skills & ExperienceWorkday Operations: 2+ years of direct Workday experience in HR operations, including strong hands-on knowledge of Workday Recruiting, Compensation, Security modules and other functional areas.Workday EIB: Proficient in building and troubleshooting EIB integrations for mass data loads and system integrations.Payroll Experience: Practical working knowledge of EMEA payroll processes, with preference for candidates experienced in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll support.Ticketing Tools: Expert handling ServiceNow or equivalent HR ticketing tools.Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders (HR, IT, service vendors, and business users) and managing expectations.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain technical information to non-technical users.Problem Solving: Proactive, accountable, and able to escalate risks and roadblocks effectively.
