You’ll work directly with the CEO and CXOs , owning Joveo’s most ambitious new growth bets — from identifying white spaces to launching AI-led initiatives that evolve into multi-million-dollar business lines. Lead end-to-end initiative lifecycles : from discovery and ideation to proof-of-concept, scaling, and revenue realization. Partner with Product, Sales, and Data Science teams to transform conceptual ideas into live, monetizable solutions . Evaluate and shape AI-led business models that can unlock new value pools for Joveo and its clients. Build strong feedback loops — measure what matters, learn fast, and adapt to maximize impact. Create the playbooks, frameworks, and operational blueprints to scale early-stage pilots into sustainable business lines.
