Job Description:Role- Claims AnalystShift time: 4 PM to 1 AM ISTCompany Name - Entra Solutions Private Ltd. (captive of BSI Financial Services)Exp- 1-2 years of US Mortgage Default Mortgage ClaimsLocation – GurgaonEssential FunctionsPerform Claims processing as per Investor and Industry guidelines.Pulling all relevant Servicing documentPulling all relevant Origination/ collateral documentsRequesting additional or missing documents.Ensures all documentation, acknowledgement and review done on time.What We're Looking For1-2 years of FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac claims experience required.Should have experience of working FHA Part A, Part B-E, PFS & CWCOTExperience with FNMA 571 is preferredKnowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, & OutlookKnowledge of Excel related to formulas, formatting, and data sortingBasic knowledge and experience with FHA, VA, USDA, PMI, Fannie Mae, and Freddie Mac default guidelines and requirements.Willingness and aptitude for learning new tasks.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and changing prioritiesAbility to work with all levels of individuals as a team player.About BSI FinancialFounded in 1986, we provide financial services that support our vision of enabling sustainable home ownership by practicing core values that embody doing what is right; emphasizing problem solving; delivering on expectations and winning with humility.
