We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in Salesforce and nCino to join our quality engineering team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows supported by nCino. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and executing automated test strategies to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce + nCino solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with BAs, Developers, and Product Owners to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and deployment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred/Good-to-Have

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, QA Automation-focused).
  • nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required.
