The ideal candidate will have experience using Zendesk, SAP ERP systems, basic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware, and experience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industry.The successful candidate will be responsible for handling service tickets via email, live chat, remote support, and phone calls for assigned regions. They will also process English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regions, support dental events, create and update troubleshooting guides, and monitor and respond to inquiries on various platforms.In addition to their technical expertise, the ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.Required Skills:Experience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industryBilingual proficiencyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Zendesk and SAP ERP systemsAs a leading provider of innovative digital solutions, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
