We operate two distinct and complementary e-commerce brands: BuRaSuNa and The Statement P's.Burasuna focuses on premium homeware products designed with an emphasis on quality, craftsmanship, and timeless style that elevates everyday living spaces.The Statement P's, on the other hand, specializes in fashion and lifestyle accessories that enhance personal style with thoughtful design and trend-conscious products.About the Role:Join us as a Full-Time Founder's Office Associate, an exciting entry-level opportunity to work closely with the founder of BuRaSuNa Pvt Ltd. This role is ideal for freshers eager to dive into the fast-paced world of e-commerce startups, where adaptability, learning, and hands-on experience across business functions are valued above all.What You'll Do:Assist the founder with day-to-day operations and special projects across multiple functions.Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports or presentations to support strategic decisions.Coordinate and communicate with teams including marketing, product, and operations for seamless execution.Contribute to campaign planning, strategy formulation, vendor interactions, and market outreach efforts.Draft internal communications and help maintain documentation.Support data tracking, performance monitoring, quality control, and process improvement initiatives.Assist with inventory management and oversee shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.Occasionally accompany the founder in meetings or external events.Take ownership of urgent or adhoc tasks that align with key growth priorities.Manage and coordinate workmen or other operational staff when needed.Who We're Looking For:Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience hungry to learn and grow in an e-commerce startup.Strong analytical skills with comfort in spreadsheets and data tools.Self-starter with high ownership, able to multitask and take initiative.Managerial aptitude to coordinate with teams and operational staff.Excellent communication skills and adaptability for a dynamic environment.Why Join Us:Gain invaluable experience working side-by-side with the founder, exposure to multiple business areas, and personal mentorship to accelerate your career growth.
