Job Opportunity: Customer EngineerThis role involves acting as a technical liaison for clients, working closely with cross-functional teams both internally and externally.You will be responsible for implementing and supporting AI-powered marketing solutions, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing guidance to junior engineers.Work hands-on with Uniphore's CDP platform and its components to establish data pipelines and integrations.Collaborate with Solution Architects, Consultants, Engagement Managers, and Product Engineers to deliver complex client use cases.Serve as the primary technical point of contact and trusted advisor for clients alongside the Solution Architect.Coach and mentor junior engineers within the team.Design and configure workflows based on client business needs using SQL, Python, and cloud infrastructure.Develop data models that support personalization, lookalike modeling, and omnichannel activation.Establish ETL pipelines across disparate sources and create unified customer views.Configure product features and external data connections (APIs, S3, etc.).Produce detailed technical documentation.Identify and resolve blockers to ensure project timelines are met.We're looking for individuals who can provide expert technical guidance and contribute to our team's success.
