Hardware Design Engineer – Networking (Qualcomm & MediaTek Chipsets)

Location: [Gurgaon, Noida, Chennai, Bangalore]

Experience: 5+ years in hardware design for networking devices (access points, routers, etc.) 

Role Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of access point/router/other networking devices hardware using Qualcomm and MediaTek chipsets.

- Perform schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection for high-performance networking products.

- Collaborate with RF engineers to optimize antenna design and signal integrity.

- Conduct power and thermal analysis to ensure compliance with industry standards.

- Oversee the testing, validation, and certification processes, including EMI/EMC compliance.

- Work closely with the firmware and software teams to align hardware features with software capabilities.


Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

- Strong experience with Qualcomm (IPQ series) and MediaTek chipset-based designs.

- Proficiency in using PCB design tools like Altium Designer or Cadence Allegro.

- Solid understanding of RF design, high-speed signal integrity, and power management.

- Experience with regulatory compliance testing (FCC, CE).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
