The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization principles, Spotfire capabilities, and business intelligence best practices.Key Responsibilities:Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using TIBCO Spotfire to meet business requirements.Data Integration: Connect Spotfire to various data sources (e.g., databases, APIs, flat files) and ensure seamless data integration.Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and transformation to create meaningful insights and actionable recommendations.Customization: Implement custom scripts and calculations using Spotfire’s built-in tools and scripting languages (e.g., IronPython, R, or JavaScript).Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard performance and ensure scalability for large datasets.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users to gather requirements, provide training, and ensure successful adoption of Spotfire solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including dashboard designs, data models, and workflows.Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on TIBCO Spotfire enhancements and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.Experience: 6-8 years of experience working with TIBCO Spotfire or similar BI tools.Technical Skills:Proficiency in TIBCO Spotfire configuration and dashboard development.Strong knowledge of data visualization principles and best practices.Experience with data integration and ETL processes.Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., IronPython, R, or JavaScript).Knowledge of SQL and database systems.Soft Skills:Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
