Financial Services Executive Role OverviewWe are seeking a diligent and responsible Financial Services Executive to manage our day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with accounting software, strong knowledge of tax regulations, and the ability to manage multiple financial tasks.Key Responsibilities:Accounting & BookkeepingMaintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.Manage cash, receipts, bank transactions, and reconciliation to ensure financial accuracy.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management review.GST, TDS & CompliancePrepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) in accordance with tax regulations.Handle tax calculations, deductions, and filings to maintain compliance.Maintain accurate records of compliance-related documents and ensure timely submissions.Commission & Payout ManagementProcess commission claims from vendors and partners.Track receivables and follow up on pending payouts to ensure timely resolutions.Maintain accurate records of commission payments and coordinate with teams as needed.Vendor & Operational PaymentsEnsure timely payments to vendors and service providers.Maintain proper documentation of vendor invoices and receipts.Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor office supplies and replenish stock as needed.Coordinate inventory replenishment and maintain accurate logs.General Administrative SupportAssist with HR-related finance tasks, such as salary preparation and reimbursements.Support audit activities and provide necessary documentation.Manage petty cash and maintain accurate expense records.
