Our advisors include senior leaders from large global engineering and construction firms.This is a founding engineer role with direct exposure to product architecture and core systems. We are intentionally selective.What you’ll doBuild backend systems for logic-driven decision makingTranslate real-world constraints into reliable, testable codeImplement ranking, validation, and optimization workflowsUse AI tools where appropriate to assist structured reasoningOwn features end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environmentWhat we’re looking for1–3 years of experience in software, systems, or applied AI engineeringStrong foundations in computer science and problem solvingExcellent Python skills and comfort building production systemsAbility to reason about constraints, tradeoffs, and edge casesIndependent execution and clear written communicationBackground we valueEducation from a top-tier engineering institution (IITs or equivalent) orEvidence of exceptional ability through:Competitive programmingEarly-stage startup workMeaningful personal or open-source projectsThis role is notConsulting or services workPure research or academic MLCompatible with multiple concurrent jobsFull-time focus is required.CompensationBase salary: $35,000–$40,000 USDEquity-linked upside (phantom equity)Paid technical trial prior to full-time offerHow to applyPlease include:GitHub or code samplesA brief note on a system or tool you built independently
