Job Overview:This position oversees and leads statistical programming activities for various projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Main Responsibilities:Lead a team of programmers to design, develop, and execute statistical programming strategies for clinical trialsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of programming tasksDevelop and maintain programming standards and processes to improve efficiency and qualityParticipate in the development of standard macros and libraries to support programming activitiesOversee the creation of SDTM and ADaM datasets and reports following CDISC standardsContribute to the development of regulatory submissions, including eCRT packages and health authority requestsMentor and coach junior programmers to enhance their skills and knowledgeRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Life Science, or related field with 7-8+ years of experience in clinical trial data processingStrong SAS programming skills with excellent analytical skills and working knowledge of R and PythonExcellent understanding of pharmaceutical clinical development, regulatory submissions, and CDISC standardsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global interdisciplinary teamExcellent problem-solving, innovative, and communication skillsDemonstrated expertise in SAS programming with certifications a plusPreferred Qualifications:Oncology therapeutic area experienceExtensive knowledge of using and implementing CDISC standardsPrior PTL experience and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
