Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented QA Automation Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of ERP implementations through automation and functional testing.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough functional and automation testing for D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations to ensure high-quality deliverables.Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and RSAT to streamline our testing process.Conduct comprehensive end-to-end testing of business workflows across PTP, OTC, RTR, and CJL processes to identify potential issues early on.Collaborate closely with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to validate system functionality and ensure that it meets our quality standards.Identify, document, and track defects in a timely manner and work with the development team to resolve them efficiently.Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes, test automation coverage, and regression testing efficiency to enhance overall quality.Provide valuable insights and feedback to improve ERP stability and business process accuracy, ultimately benefiting our organization as a whole.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.A minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and test automation.Strong expertise in Selenium, including extensive experience with automation frameworks.Proven knowledge of testing D365 FinOps (ERP) implementations.Experience in automating D365FO using RSAT and Selenium.Familiarity with functional process knowledge in PTP, OTC, RTR, and CJL workflows.Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Superb communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
