The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, risk mitigation, and process standardization to deliver cost efficiency and operational excellence.Who you are:- Overall 10-12 years' experience in a Shared Service environment with minimum 5+ years in Procurement of Non-IT Products and Services.- Must be from IT / ITES / BPO industry.- Experience of managing Procure to pay processes & Procurement Operations.- Hands-on experience in fit-out projects and facility equipment procurement.- Should have acumen to prepare for negotiation and excellent negotiation skills, stakeholder management and continuous improvement mind set.- Experienced in strategic sourcing and managing diverse customer base- Should be highly proactive in doing consistent follow ups to drive deals to closures.- Well organized and resourceful- Aware of taxes, contractual clauses and other terms of commercials- Should poses strong ethics.- Should be foresighted, highly agile & Quick Learner- Should have ability to analyze empirical data and put together historical price and terms for a repeat buyWhat you will do- Drive strategic sourcing and create alternative supply sources to ensure fair value and supplier selection.- Collaborate with department heads to review SOW/BOM, Put together historical price and terms, benchmark pricing, and prepare for negotiations.- Negotiate commercial terms, taxes, duties, and contractual clauses (indemnity, liability, insurance, guarantees).- Work with stakeholders and legal teams for contract finalization and issue purchase orders.- Handle Non-IT spend for India GEO from Bangalore office.
