If you can visualize creatives, are a stickler for details, love ideating, and want to be at the bleeding edge of advertising creative, we have a job for you. If you love pencils and scribble pads as much as illustrator and iPads, you'd be a great fit. We love a strong folio.Key responsibilities:· Creative Ideation· Digital and Mainline Execution· Creative Initiatives· Team Management· Campaign Presentation Working closely with the copy team to generate creative ideas and concepts to fulfil the client's briefLead and participate in creative development of data-driven direct response materials from concept to executionIdeate, develop, design and build dynamic display, rich media, social and CRM materials to support experiential creative with an underlying link to performanceWork closely with the creative head, team leaders, designers, and copywriters to develop and deliver successful and award-winning ideas and workTranslate client's marketing objectives into clear, compelling, brand appropriate communicationsEnsure designs and developed materials are cross-device compliant and accessibleEnsure that all work meets or exceeds the quality standards of the agencyInspire and lead our talented team of designers, manage their personal development plans and ensure they are learning and growing in their careers.Qualifications:Strong design ability with a focus on digitalExpert working proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud – XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesignPrevious experience in web or digital developmentPrevious experience in marketing or advertising communicationsBasic understanding of HTML5 and CSS would be helpfulExperience with Adobe Marketing CloudPrevious experience delivering personalised email communicationsNatural creative thinker who is excited about new ideasPassion for performance creative and an understanding of the necessity of experience creativeAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities to align with current business needsFocused; a self-starter with experience working in a very fast-paced environmentExperience in managing and leading a team of designers.Strong portfolio is must.Work experience should be 4-5 years
