About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in SAP ABAP, with expertise in SAP ABAP Cloud Developer and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA application development using RAP model.Core ABAP: Proficient in ABAP language, including object-oriented concepts.ABAP Cloud & RAP: Experience with ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), including behavior definitions and metadata extensions.Service and API Development: Ability to create and extend ABAP RESTful services and APIs for integration.SAP HANA: Skills in using Core Data Services (CDS views) and other HANA-specific features like AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures).Data Modeling: Understanding of data structures and how to model them, especially with CDS views.Integration: Hands-on experience of integrating with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including RESTful / SOAP APIs/OData.Modern UIs: Familiarity with building OData services for modern UIs like SAP Fiori.Version Control: Proficiency with modern version control systems, especially Git, and SAP's CTS+.Why this role is crucial: As a seasoned professional, you will play a key part in developing innovative solutions that drive business growth.
