The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing clear, quality code to develop the best software. You will test your code, identify errors, and iterate to ensure quality code. You will also support our customers and partners by troubleshooting any of their software issues. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services to support front-end functionalities.
  • Develop responsive, interactive, and dynamic user interfaces using React.js and modern UI libraries like Material-UI or Ant Design.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring fast load times and seamless user experiences.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using tools like JWT, OAuth, or similar.
  • Work with databases (MongoDB and/or SQL-based) to design efficient schemas and manage data flows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner, improving system stability and functionality.
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in MERN stack development and implement them in projects.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 4 years of professional experience in full-stack web development with the MERN stack.
  • Proficiency in React.js, including hooks, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and component design.
  • Strong backend development skills using Node.js and Express.js.
  • Solid understanding of MongoDB, including schema design, aggregation pipelines, and query optimization.
  • Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL APIs.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end workflows and tools, including Webpack, Babel, and NPM/Yarn.
  • Knowledge of version control systems like Git and platforms like GitHub or Bitbucket.
  • Hands-on experience with deployment and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Docker, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of basic cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hosting platforms like Heroku or Netlify.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
