About this roleSenior Executive Job SummaryThis senior executive will be responsible for end-to-end legal and customer contract management for global operations.Key responsibilities include:Drafting, reviewing and vetting of legal documents, including contracts with customers, vendors, subcontractors and third parties.Preparing and drafting various legal documents and correspondence, such as resolutions and Powers of Attorney.Drafting, reviewing and managing lease agreements.Proofreading and editing legal correspondence, reports and documents to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with company standards.Maintaining organized indexing, filing and research of legal documents, opinions, court decisions and related records.Preparing reports, letters and other legal documentation as required.Organizing, coordinating and prioritizing day-to-day tasks to support the efficient functioning of the legal and commercial office.Drafting, editing and formatting complex correspondence, including responses to legal notices received from employees, vendors and customers.The ideal candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly in the context of legal documentation and correspondence.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities and qualifications:Strong understanding of legal principles and regulations.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and legal documents.Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel.High level of organization and attention to detail.What We OfferWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
