Director of AI Data DeliveryThe Director of AI Data Delivery is a senior executive responsible for leading the global organization that delivers high-quality training data for artificial intelligence and machine learning models.This role requires a unique blend of operational expertise, workforce management skills, and knowledge of the AI/ML lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building and scaling large teams, managing complex operations, and driving strategic growth.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Own and manage the complete profit and loss (P&L) for the AI Data Delivery business unit, with a focus on margin improvement, revenue growth, and cost optimization.Global Workforce Strategy: Architect and execute a long-term global workforce strategy, making critical decisions on geographical footprint, talent sourcing, labor arbitrage, and staffing models.Operational Excellence: Lead a team of directors and senior managers to oversee day-to-day delivery of client projects, establish and govern SLAs, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven methodologies.Executive Client Management: Own and cultivate relationships with senior executives at key client accounts, acting as the senior point of accountability for all delivery matters.Required Qualifications:10+ years of progressive experience in large-scale BPO, ITO, or technology-enabled service operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.P&L Ownership: Demonstrable experience owning and managing a significant P&L for a service delivery organization.Global Operations Leadership: Proven success in building, scaling, and managing large, distributed teams across multiple geographies and cultures.Ai/ML Acumen: A strong, strategic understanding of the AI/ML development lifecycle, including the impact of data quality, consistency, and annotation methodology on model performance.
