Employee Transport Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Logistics Coordinator to oversee employee transportation operations. This role involves managing daily transport schedules, coordinating with vendors and drivers, and ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective movement of employees between designated locations.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage daily employee transport schedules across shifts and locationsCoordinate with transport vendors and internal teams to ensure vehicle availabilityMonitor real-time vehicle movement and resolve delays or route issuesMaintain accurate records of routes, driver logs, fuel usage, and maintenance schedulesEnsure compliance with safety standards and company transport policiesHandle employee queries and feedback related to transport servicesOptimize routes and vehicle usage to reduce costs and improve efficiencyPrepare regular reports on transport performance and vendor SLAsRequirements & SkillsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field2–4 years of experience in transport coordination or fleet managementStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with GPS tracking systems and transport management softwareExcellent communication and vendor negotiation skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including early mornings or late eveningsKnowledge of local transport regulations and safety protocolsJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹35, ₹50,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person
