Locations: We have this requirement at multiple locations- Bangalore, Kolkata & AhmedabadKey Responsibilities:To be involved into relationship building and management with the customer for sales and services of financial products of ICICI group (E.g., Online Trading Account,Client Activation and Retention, Mutual Funds, Investment Advisory, Wealth Management)To manage assigned client base through virtual/client visits and provide financial / investment advisory, develop new relations through referencing and other sourcesTo generate leads for quality NCAs and act as productive resource by meeting objectives thereby ensuring fulfillment of budgetary expectations of the organizationTo be active in client engagement/reach out in assigned campaigns/activity which happens time to time for effective outcomeTo deliver the desired business expectations/objectives by maintaining customer relationshipTo manager customer meetings and sales process as part of his/her reporting structureTo consciously deliver support to reporting manager in increasing profitabilityTo conduct market research for generating business thereby adding for revenue generationTo ensure customer satisfaction through effective customer service and query handlingTo explore new areas and ways to achieve productivityTo prepare and maintain MIS reportSkill Set:Should be a good communicatorShould have customer orientationShould have strong interpersonal skillsShould be confident and possess positive approachShould have analytical skills
