Sales Operations Coordinator

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales operations forward. This position entails overseeing routine sales activities, including quotation preparation, submission, and tender processing. Effective coordination with internal teams is crucial to ensure seamless customer interactions, timely order execution, and efficient documentation handling. The Account Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to foster business growth, maintain customer satisfaction, and retention.The primary responsibilities of the Account Manager include:Identifying and tracking relevant government tenders & opportunities, as well as private opportunities.Preparing and submitting tender documents in coordination with internal teams, ensuring compliance with regulations.Collaborating with the Sales Lead to execute sales strategies and achieve targets.Tracking competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends to provide insights for business decisions.Managing customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups to enhance customer engagement.Ensuring smooth order processing from purchase order to invoicing.Monitoring contract terms, SLAs, and following up on payments to ensure compliance.Buidling and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive satisfaction and repeat business.Providing regular updates to the Sales Lead on sales performance, tender progress, and customer feedback.Maintaining and updating customer databases, lead pipelines, and opportunity tracking in CRM tools.Key requirements for this position include:Education: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or MBA.Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales coordination, business development support, or account management, out of which at least 3 years must be in dealing Business-Business and Business-Government sectors.Experience in handling tenders, order management, and customer engagement is essential.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and contract compliance.Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage internal and external stakeholders.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with any CRM tool is preferred.Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and coordinate effectively across teams.Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings, site visits, and post-sales support as required.Preference for male candidates.
