We are seeking a seasoned Artificial Intelligence Specialist to join our team.Job RequirementsDesign, develop, and deploy machine learning models for tasks such as classification, anomaly detection, forecasting, and natural language understanding.Build and fine-tune deep learning models, including Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs), Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs), Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, and Transformer architectures like BERT, T5, and GPT.Develop and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines for use cases such as document search, question answering, and text summarization.Optimize model performance through techniques like quantization to improve latency and reduce memory/compute overhead in production.Fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Parameter-Efficient Fine-Tuning (PEFT) methods like LoRA or QLoRA.Define and track relevant evaluation metrics; continuously monitor model drift and retrain models as needed.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production workflows using CI/CD pipelines.Write clean, maintainable code and ensure proper versioning and documentation of experiments.
