Lead Motion and Post-Production ExpertWe are looking for a seasoned professional to take on the role of Lead Motion and Post-Production Expert. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for elevating the craft of motion design, CGI, and post-production within our global creative production hub.This position combines creative vision with technical leadership, ensuring high-end delivery across motion graphics, special effects (SFX), visual effects (VFX), CGI, compositing, animation, color grading, and finishing.Key responsibilities include:Leading the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline from storyboard to final delivery.Driving excellence across 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Ensuring the highest visual fidelity, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across deliverables.Required Skills and Qualifications:15+ years of experience in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, preferably within large advertising, film, or creative-production environments.Deep hands-on proficiency in industry-standard tools including Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, DaVinci Resolve, and Flame.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Benefits:As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive compensation package, opportunities for growth and development, and a dynamic work environment that fosters creativity and innovation.Other Requirements:Experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages is highly desirable.A passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is essential for success in this role.
