Ensuring quality standards is crucial for customer satisfaction.We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our organization in ensuring that products, systems, and processes meet the required quality standards before they reach customers or go live.The successful candidate will collaborate closely with development, product, and operations teams to identify defects, prevent quality issues, and maintain compliance with organizational and industry standards.Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance (QA)Develop, review, and execute test cases.Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.Identify, document, and track defects using tools like Jira.Ensure adherence to QA processes, test strategies, and best practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and ensure testability.Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).Quality Control (QC)Inspect and verify product quality against defined standards and specifications.Conduct root-cause analysis (RCA) for defects.Monitor production/implementation processes to ensure consistency and accuracy.Maintain quality documentation, reports, and audit records.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.4+ years of experience in QA/QC roles.Certifications like ISTQB.
