About Our Group We manage a portfolio of ₹1,500 crores across various investment vehicles.Role Overview We're seeking a Principal to lead investment execution and portfolio development across our core funds:1 role in Gandhinagar for Artha Continuum FundYou'll be responsible for full-cycle investing, from sourcing and thesis development to diligence, structuring, and post-investment portfolio work.You'll oversee a team of Associates and Analysts, drive internal reviews, and set the bar for research quality and investment judgment.This is a Partner-track role for professionals ready to own capital, conviction, and execution at a high-performance fund.Key Responsibilities End-to-End Deal Execution Build proprietary sourcing pipelines (India and global)Drive founder meetings, diligence, modeling, and IC preparationLead term sheet negotiation, legal closure, and disbursementPortfolio Value Creation Advise founders across GTM, hiring, org design, and downstream capitalIdentify underperformance early; own risk-mitigation conversationsTrack and report KPIs, milestones, and board-level insightsTeam Leadership Mentor and manage Associates and AnalystsEnforce follow-up, research depth, and memo qualityRun internal investment reviews and pre-IC forumsFund Strategy & Reporting Contribute to LP dashboards and investor updatesSupport new fund design, co-investment structures, and sector allocationsRepresent us at founder forums, investor summits, and panelsCandidate Profile 7–10 years in venture capital, private equity, or fund investingStrong deal sheet: you've led or co-led 3+ investments end-to-endExperience across sourcing, founder interaction, diligence, and IC presentationConfident communicator—can defend a thesis without overplayingBonus: operator background, product/strategy experience in a startupWhat We Offer Total annual package - ₹45,00,000₹36,00,000 fixed annual salary₹4,00,000 annual retention bonus (paid after 12 months)₹5,00,000 in ESOPs granted annually (each annual grant comes with its own vesting schedule)Performance bonus linked to portfolio KPIs and personal executionCarry in the fund (disclosed at final interview)No negotiation on compensation. All upside is earned through performance.
