This key role combines innovative AI techniques with psychometric expertise to design, develop and enhance our assessment tools, while supporting consulting projects globally.Key Responsibilities:AI Development:Design, integrate and optimize AI-based programs using generative AI tools to enhance psychometric processes, data analysis and test development.Utilize AI-powered translation tools for quick and accurate translation of tests into multiple languages, collaborating with reviewers to maintain a comprehensive translation database.Develop personalized AI-driven programs generating tailored feedback for assessments.Collaborate with Data Science team to evaluate and refine AI models ensuring accuracy, fairness and adherence to psychometric standards.Partner with consultants and teams to support the development of AI-enhanced solutions for customized assessments and reporting, including creation of dynamic custom reports on demand.Produce detailed technical documentation, interpretation guidelines and user manuals for bespoke tools.Assessment Development:Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision and enhancement.Develop innovative test items emphasizing job knowledge tests, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance.Coordinate subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure test content validity, reliability and relevance.Manage R&D projects using project management tools like Jira, Trello or Asana.Collaboration:Work closely with R&D teams across global locations in a multicultural and agile environment.
