Equity Capital Markets StrategistThe Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Strategist will be responsible for driving the firm's ECM strategy, focusing on equity raises, IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, and placements. This includes originating mandates through relationships with corporates and investors, ensuring regulatory compliance, overseeing transaction execution, building investor relations, and guiding an ECM team to boost shareholder value and market presence.To generate new mandates, the successful candidate will cultivate relationships with promoters, private equity funds, and family offices. Developing a deep understanding of these relationships is crucial for success in this role.Key responsibilities include Investor Relations: Developing collateral, engaging with financial institutions, distributors, mutual funds, and managing roadshows. Monitoring equity markets, sector performance, and volatility will also be essential.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a background in Investment Banking/ECM and 15+ years of experience.
