Senior Interior Designer / ArchitectWe are seeking a skilled and creative Interior Designer/Architect to lead design development, manage client interactions, and oversee projects from concept to completion.Key Responsibilities:Design Leadership:Drive overall project design direction from concept to execution.Create compelling concepts, mood boards, and presentation materials.Ensure designs align with client requirements and brand identity.Project Management:Manage the project lifecycle end-to-end.Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and vendors.Conduct regular site visits to ensure design intent is maintained.Client Interaction:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.Gather client needs, present proposals, and incorporate feedback.Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure satisfaction.Team Supervision & Mentoring:Guide junior designers and interns through design tasks.Review design drafts, drawings, and specifications.Foster a collaborative, productive team environment.Technical Expertise:Oversee technical drawings and construction documentation.Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.Select appropriate materials, finishes, and specifications.Coordination with Consultants & Vendors:Collaborate with consultants for integrated design solutions.Coordinate with suppliers for materials and procurement.Review and manage shop drawings and sample approvals.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.2–4 years of professional experience in interior architecture/design.Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, etc.).Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.This role requires a highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining the highest level of quality.
