Manage Payroll Services with AccuracyJob OverviewOur organization is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst to deliver timely and accurate payroll services. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing financial policies and standard processes within our Shared Services model.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, assign, and direct the work of staff members, including guiding professional development, rewarding employees, and addressing employee relations issues.Manage staff by assigning them responsibilities, establishing goals, and delegating tasks commensurate with skill level. Participate in the selection and on-boarding process for new staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interview process.Achieve defined performance levels as agreed in Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Manage the day-to-day relationship with our payroll service provider, maintaining all statutory reporting relating to payroll.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's Degree Required5+ years' International Payroll experience, including 3 years in a management/supervisory roleKnowledge of Microsoft Office applications, strong analytical and numeracy skills, ability to identify financial issues, develop and execute mitigating actions, effective verbal and written communication skills, confidentiality, and strong influencing skills.
