The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep knowledge of SAP MDG, and experience in leading enterprise-level master data initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development of master data governance strategies and standards to ensure consistency across the organization.Design and implement scalable master data frameworks integrating SAP ECC/S/4HANA and non-SAP systems to optimize business performance.Translate business requirements into effective master data governance solutions that meet business needs.Govern master data models, hierarchies, and workflows to ensure accurate and reliable data.Oversee data quality, cleansing, harmonization, and enrichment processes to ensure data integrity.Lead data migration planning and execution to minimize disruptions to business operations.Provide technical leadership and ensure solution performance meets business expectations.Troubleshoot complex issues and optimize system performance to maximize efficiency.Required Skills & Experience8+ years in SAP MDG architecture and implementation with a strong focus on master data governance.Deep knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA master data including material, business partner, and finance data.Proficiency in BRF+, FPM, Web Dynpro, workflows, and SOA/ALE/IDoc replication technologies.Expertise in data governance, lifecycle management, and master data standards to ensure compliance and consistency.Experience leading data migration and integration with third-party systems to ensure seamless data exchange.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
