Job OpportunityWe are seeking a specialist to join our R&D and consulting department, where they will combine AI-driven innovation with psychometric expertise.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both AI and psychometrics, with experience in designing and implementing AI-based programs using generative AI tools.They will be responsible for developing innovative test items, leveraging AI tools for item generation and quality assurance, as well as coordinating subject matter experts to ensure test content validity, reliability, and relevance.The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams across locations in a multicultural and agile environment.Main Responsibilities:Design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.Use AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages, and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.Build and maintain AI-driven personalized programs that generate tailored feedback for assessments.Evaluate and fine-tune AI models to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with psychometric standards.Develop AI-supported solutions for customized assessments and reporting, including creation of dynamic custom reports on demand.Produce detailed technical documentation and interpretation guidelines for custom tools.
