A leading logistics infrastructure group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its Maintenance & Repair (M&R) operations for container freight services. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone with a strong background in CFS operations, automation, and P&L ownership, and a passion for driving transformation through technology. Role Overview:Lead end-to-end container M&R operations across GP, Reefers, and ISO tanksDrive automation using IoT, AI-powered estimation tools, and cloud-based platformsImplement real-time dashboards, RFID/barcode workflows, and predictive maintenanceStandardize repair protocols and ensure IICL/ISO complianceEstablish and scale M&R facilities (greenfield and brownfield projects) What We're Looking For:20+ years of experience in CFS operations and container repairProven ability to set up M&R systems and teams from scratchHands-on expertise in digital tools (Containerchain, custom ERP modules, Power BI)Strong P&L ownership with a focus on efficiency and cost optimizationDeep knowledge of industry safety and compliance standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001) Why This Role?Opportunity to lead one of the largest tech-enabled M&R transformation projects in IndiaAutonomy to implement cutting-edge solutions and digital-first systemsPerformance-linked compensation in a growth-driven organisationWork with a high-performing, ethical, and future-ready team Location: JNPT Port, Navi Mumbai Candidates with experience in automating CFS-based repair operations will be prioritised.
