Influencer Coordinator Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Influencer Assistant to support our team in influencer discovery, outreach, and database management. About the Role This is a full-time remote position that requires a minimum of 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will be proactive, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Conduct daily discovery tasks for existing clients and new briefs, handling an average of 2-4 briefs per day. Identify and vet 25 relevant creators daily, ensuring all influencers meet qualification criteria. Compile and maintain detailed records of vetted creators, including all relevant information, in spreadsheets for streamlined outreach. Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Automating outreach by funneling vetted influencer data through tools like Instantly. Executing 25 influencer outreaches daily, ensuring personalized and effective communication. Maintaining strong relationships with creators and agency contacts to foster long-term partnerships. Regularly updating the outreach CRM with details of interested creators and tracking campaign performance. Qualifying creators for roster inclusion based on performance and compatibility. Preventing duplication by adding vetted influencers to the master outreach tracker. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as an Influencer expert, preferably somebody that understands latency and operations. Familiarity with working in remote or virtual environments. Outstanding organizational skills with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
