We collaborate closely with clients to transform business challenges into innovative digital solutions.Role OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to work directly with clients and internal teams. You will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business needs, and converting them into clear user stories, process flows, and wireframes for the UI/UX and development teams.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial client meetings to understand business objectives and requirementsTranslate requirements into problem statements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaCreate wireframes and basic prototype flows for solution clarityCollaborate with UI/UX designers and development teams to define project scopeMaintain documentation including BRDs, SRS, workflow diagrams, and scope statementsSupport communication between stakeholders and technical teamsConduct requirement reviews, impact analysis, and assist with UAT when neededTrack progress and manage requirement changes using Agile methodologiesRequired Skills & ToolsExperience with requirement gathering and documentationKnowledge of wireframing tools such as Balsamiq, Figma, or similarFamiliarity with Agile practices and tools like JiraStrong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to convert client needs into actionable deliverablesJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
